After undergoing a name change, holistic pharmacy and medical cannabis dispensary Far & Dotter engaged Streetsense to help craft their new brand identity and redesign their brick-and-mortar store. Our brand and interiors teams worked closely together to deliver upon Far & Dotter’s experiential vision with a warm concierge welcome, highly curated retail and visual connections, and transparency within the physical space. We replicated this experience in a dynamic tradeshow booth and extended the strategic messaging and visual identity to B2B collateral for prospective franchisees, consulting on the design and user experience of the website and managing the store-specific social channels.
Streetsense provided creative guidance throughout the entire brand roll-out process, from consulting on the remodel starting at pre-construction, to managing the design of in-store signage, to executing on the cross-platform strategic flight of rebrand messaging to consumers. On social media in particular, we navigated the strict platform regulations around cannabis marketing, while delivering audiences a mix of thought leadership, product education and glimpses into the store and team, introducing giveaways, Reels, and other new tactics to the channels and ultimately exceeding the Instagram benchmark engagement rate.
