New Venture, New Opportunities
Last month, Streetsense officially launched our Madrid, Spain office in collaboration with CBRE España — a strategic partnership that grew out of the two groups’ alignment and excitement about new and growing European opportunities, especially in the world of hospitality. Spain itself is a remarkably strong and growing market and is coming off of a record-breaking year for hospitality investment in 2018. This venture brings Streetsense’s experience-driven outlook to more of the global market, which is increasingly demanding strategic and creative solutions for evolving brands and places.
Our partnership with CBRE España would not have been possible without the commitment and partnership of CBRE España CEOAdolfo Ramírez-Escudero, Executive Managing Director Alfonso Galobart, CBRE Global Advisory Leader Richard Hurst, Creative Director Logan Faure, and Director of Business Development Elena Sainz de la Peña — not to mention an incredible team of experts from CBRE’s different advisory disciplines such as hotels, residential, retail, and building consultancy.
