Food & Beverage Magazine: Streetsense Elevates Food & Beverage Experiences for Two New Hotel Projects

  • News
By The Streetsense Collective

Our hospitality consulting team was recognized in Food & Beverage Magazine for its work on two new concepts: Bar Moxy at Moxy Banff, and Rumorosa at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.

The Moxy Banff concept was designed to evoke a midcentury dinner party. The Streetsense hospitality team worked hand-in-hand with Canalta Hotels and Moxy to not only craft distinctive branding elements and enticing new menu offerings, but also to specify the ideal equipment, sensible product sourcing and flow of service to ensure operational efficiency. Our scope included food & beverage concepts, branding, recipe development and training.

At the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, Rumorosa opened as part of a landmark property renovation. Fusing the vibrant and bold flavors of Baja, Mexico, with a relaxed, yet playful San Diego vibe, the resort’s new signature Cali-Baja restaurant is a focal point of the waterfront property’s refreshed food and beverage offerings. Streetsense was engaged to develop the F&B concept, brand identity, and operations. Read more about both concepts in Food & Beverage Magazine.
