The Draftsman is a 150 room pet-friendly boutique hotel in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. They engaged Streetsense to help meet its goals of reaching 71% capacity throughout the entire year, driving more catering business for events, and driving more people to utilize its eat and drink spaces. While the hotel had no problems meeting its capacity goal during peak times of the year—UVA Graduation, for example—it needed our help increasing capacity and utilization during its off season.
