The team was tasked with branding a new 202-acre community in Laurel, MD that will consist of 1,400 homes, unique amenities, and unmatched natural connectivity located next to the Patuxent Wildlife Refuge. Streetsense was also asked to create a comprehensive marketing plan that captured this thought: where the sidewalk ends, the trail begins. Watershed not only has miles of hiking and biking trails, ponds, and wildlife, but the opportunity for next-level community living in the contemporary clubhouse. The marketing and branding plan we created—which ranged from the website to social media to in-house collateral—had one overlaying purpose, to garner more community members and give them the chance to discover their Watershed moment.
