Long-term Streetsense partner Capital One recently debuted a new Capital One Lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), garnering widespread media attention for its best-in-class food and beverage program.
Building on almost four years of partnership, the Streetsense hospitality consulting team partnered with Capital One to develop the food and beverage vision, guest experience, and branding, as well as provide operational strategy and support. Our efforts focused on differentiating the airport lounge experience through regionalized menus and grab-and-go programs that are earning attention from media outlets nationwide. Said CNN Underscored: “The food and beverage offerings are some of the best I’ve seen in any airport lounge, and the focus on locally sourced ingredients makes for an interesting suite of libations.”
Following the lounge in the Dallas Forth-Worth International Airport (DFW), Dulles is the second Capital One Lounge location and the first one in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) region—home to headquarters for both Capital One and Streetsense.
