Streetsense partnered with Playhouse Square, the second-largest theater district in the United States, to create a transformative public realm strategy and campus plan. This effort supported the redevelopment of the historic Greyhound bus station and leveraged Playhouse Square’s role as Cleveland’s most prominent entertainment anchor. The plan aimed to channel the dynamic energy of Playhouse Square’s world-class performances from inside its theaters to the streets and sidewalks, creating a vibrant and engaging environment for residents, workers, and visitors.
