Welcome to a new month of our Staff Celebrations series! We’re so excited to see the embodiment of our Core Value Embrace Collaboration. We know we’re smarter together, so growing ideas and connections across the firm is a critical part of daily life within our Uncommon Collective. Our monthly all-staff meeting – the Thursday Brief – helps to build these connections through shoutouts and people celebrations.
Here’s another glimpse into who we are, the work we do, and the wonderful accomplishments across Streetsense, here are a few highlights from our most recent Brief:

Anniversary Celebration Highlights
– Glenn Culver, Senior Research Strategist, 19 years: “Thinking about all the accounts he’s managed…to the hundreds of conversion studies he’s executed, I’m reminded how hard it is to find someone as talented, kind, and dedicated as Glenn… In addition to all of the meaningful relationships he’s built with his clients, he’s the first to volunteer his support, offer a kind word, or simply share a “Howdy” and a smile. Thank you, Glenn, for the years of service, as well as all the memories along the way.”
– Chesley McCarty, Real Estate Strategist, 3 years: “Chesley joined us 3 years ago and has been instrumental in elevating our thinking, storytelling and execution. She is the glue that keeps our process together and we are so much better for it.”
– Juliette Torres, Content Strategist, 1 year: “Juliette is a bright and integral part to the content team. She delivers valuable insights and contributes great ideas to every meeting.
