Managing Director, Public Non-Profit Solutions Larisa Ortiz received a New York Real Estate Journal 2023 Women in Commercial Real Estate spotlight for her extensive work in New York’s real estate community.
The annual spotlight recognizes noteworthy accomplishments and praiseworthy contributions of women currently working in New York’s commercial real estate industry.
Ortiz was recognized for her team’s work for Preparing a Commercial District Diagnostic, “an award-winning approach to strategic planning has been deployed across the country, and now serves as the framework for the city’s [New York] award-winning Commercial District Needs Assessment (CDNA) tool, which has been applied in 35 neighborhood commercial corridors throughout the city and codified as a recommendation in the city’s OneNYC 2050 Strategic Plan.”
In addition to this honor, Ortiz just recently was named a Crain’s New York Business 2023 Notable Leader in Real Estate.
