From naming and visual identity to interior design and guest experience, Hotel Cleo needed to embody a sense of charm, discovery, and modern sophistication.

Inspired by the elegance of European travel and the character of Knoxville’s historic core, we weaved together layered interiors, tactile branding, and thoughtful details to create shared spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
Tucked just off the hotel lobby, Lilou is Hotel Cleo’s signature restaurant — a French bistro with a Southern accent. Streetsense crafted the name, visual identity, and interior concept to feel instantly transportive. With soft lighting, warm textures, and playful branding elements, Lilou delivers a dining experience that’s both romantic and relaxed.
