Situated in a prime waterfront location adjacent to a new public park and marina, this 204-room boutique hotel had a unique opportunity to reinvigorate downtown West Palm Beach. Our work delivered a character-rich experience from top to bottom – including a signature restaurant and rooftop bar.
Streetsense developed the personality and brand identity for the hotel based on the story of Ben Trovato, an historic home that shaped the city’s social history. The adventurous spirit of the old West Palm lives on today in everything from the culinary experience to the lobby design to branded collateral and touchpoints.
Inspired by the spirit of 19th-century West Palm Beach and the legacy of Byrd Dewey and Ben Trovato, this bespoke arrival package sets the tone for The Ben’s timeless yet contemporary experience. Through thoughtful storytelling, tactile materials, and vintage-inspired details, the branding evokes a sense of discovery, blending historic charm with modern luxury.
