In lieu of offering overlooked incentives to lure them back, we partnered with Beam Living, management company of Stuytown, Peter Cooper Village, Kips Bay and more in NYC, to create a broadcast-caliber video to position New York City as the place to be.
We captured the magic of Manhattan living in a format that is authentic and tells a compelling story, inspiring potential residents to move Back to NY.
The video was hosted on the property website and cut down for use in digital ads and on social media. Furthermore, the concept extended to non-video elements such as email templates, display ads, and signage.Back to work
