Streetsense was tasked with the brand strategy, marketing rollout, and wayfinding of a mixed-use retail and entertainment destination in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, with the immediate goal of attracting top-tier retailers and a long-term goal of driving awareness of the site.
Spanning an impressive 700 feet of frontage on the Strip, as well as 400K square feet of double-height premier street retail, BLVD was an incredible canvas that demanded an iconic brand to effectively stand out in the city’s brightest, boldest, and busiest setting.
