Located in Midtown Phoenix, Callia is a sophisticated, thoughtfully appointed mid-rise apartment community with 402 residences and a suite of wellness-focused amenities.
Surrounded by multifamily offerings with industrial or midcentury style, Callia stands out in the expanding Midtown region with an interior design and branding approach that invites healthful living and feels connected to the natural character of the region.

Streetsense designed and branded Callia to be a refined community ensconced in authentic Phoenix culture. With polished finishes and an artful essence, the interior spaces evoke the interplay of late afternoon sun and deepening shadows, earthy textures and smooth reflective surfaces, saturated hues and neutral tones. This dusky desert community has a subtle glamour and noir-esque allure.
A central part of our design is a moveable exterior storefront that remains open all day, year-round, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior, seamlessly extending the amenity connections.
By combining two amenities in shared space—the mailroom and game lounge—our design elevates the two functions into an all-day engagement, with a flow of resident traffic throughout the day, where a simple errand can evolve into a fun, communal gaming experience
Capitalizing on the arid temperatures of Phoenix, we designed outdoor spaces that are maximized with distinctive amenities and purpose with breath-taking views out to the desert.
The Callia brand is rooted in the restorative nature of the community. Collateral features mindful messaging alongside a design inspired by the unique elements of the Sonoran Desert landscape, creating the sense that Callia is a wellness retreat for residents to experience all year round.
