FREIDA ROTHMAN, a Brooklyn-based luxury lifestyle jewelry and accessories brand, approached Streetsense to manage its social media and digital advertising strategy during the holiday season, a critical sales opportunity for consumer brands. While the brand already had strong presence in national department stores, it wanted to amplify its direct-to-consumer strategy and increase brand awareness online to drive revenue. After a record-breaking holiday season, FREIDA ROTHMAN extended their partnership with Streetsense for ongoing, evergreen marketing support.
After a full audit of the current marketing strategy, we immediately designed an aggressive plan for the holiday season focused on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday gift guide ads, special gift with purchases and general brand messaging, which coincided with the launch of FREIDA ROTHMAN’s latest jewelry collection. We created a nationally targeted paid search and social advertising strategy focused on 25 unique digital audience personas defined by age, gender, interests, and online shopping behaviors and significantly expanded the paid search keyword pool from previous marketing efforts. In addition to launching Google shopping ads, we also ran a lead generation campaign to increase overall awareness with consumers and build our email marketing base.
As we helped drive record-breaking holiday sales for the brand, our relationship with FREIDA ROTHMAN continued and we advised on their web experience, providing recommended designs for an enhanced user experience that would drive conversions more efficiently, and designing the landing page for their signature campaign, as well as the blog. Additionally, we audited their existing email strategy and executed new tactics to highlight both product messaging and the incredible story on which Freida Rothman built her brand.
