Streetsense’s Brand Team developed the creative strategy and graphic expression for Rafferty, a new multifamily community in Santa Ana, California, developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Our design celebrated local musical lore and the property’s location in Santa Ana’s historic Calle Cuatro district in vibrant, custom patterns and rhythmic narratives, and was a 2022 GDUSA American Graphic Design Award for Branding + Identity Program winner.
