A House that is a Home

Visit Website

In a saturated downtown market, the Streetsense team was tasked with developing a brand that blends the luxury and convenience of a modern residential tower with a boutique, finely crafted living experience.

THE APPROACH

Targeting an eclectic mix of stylish Brooklynites, the Streetsense team wanted to leverage the iconic design of the building, a striking red tower with eye-catching archways. Positioning the building as a neighborhood landmark provocatively stitched into its local context, the team landed on the name Hanover House — a moniker that is at once alliterative, boutique, and rooted in place. Here, the “house” — amenities built for socializing — meets the “home” — individual residences for personal relaxation — creating the perfect duo for well-rounded community.
