Placemaker and renowned real estate developer and property manager JBG SMITH needed a marketing website that promoted the full breadth of their 7,000+ residential units to prospective renters.
Taking inspiration from airline and hotel search tools, which aggregate results across multiple providers, Streetsense designed and developed a website that allowed users to search JBG SMITH’s entire portfolio in one cohesive experience, without having to navigate to individual property websites to review community features, amenities or floorpans. The dynamic website was API integrated with the company’s CRM and supported lead generation. This experience also empowered JBG SMITH to be more productive with their marketing dollars, creating opportunities to promote their portfolio holistically.
