Shalom Baranes Associates (SBA) represents Roadside Development and acts as architect of record for City Ridge, a mixed use neighborhood built on and around the historic Fannie Mae campus in DC’s NW district. SBA reached out to Streetsense to develop a comprehensive signage plan for their 3-tier sublevel garage, above ground site, building address, and interior lobbies. The signs direct and inform vehicular and pedestrian guest to their destinations.
Streetsense’s Urban Design Studio team developed a wayfinding strategy, physical kiosk structures, and detailed every sign and direction to give City Ridges guest a comfortable experience.
Implementation began in the 4th Quarter of 2021 and continued until the site’s construction completion in the 2nd Quarter of 2022.
Reinventing a historic destination for a modern, multifaceted audience
