Forging a Modern New Community in Jersey City
Streetsense was engaged by Greystar and Claremont Companies to lead the branding and marketing of a new residential property within West Jersey City’s 22-acre University Place master plan.
Following a period of immersion and insight gathering, the Streetsense team created and brought to life an industrial-inspired brand at Rivet that stands apart from competitors and appeals to its target audiences. With a full suite of tools — including property brochure, leasing and construction signage, websites, email blasts, resident move-in gifts, and social media — Streetsense told a compelling story about the future of University Place and the aspirational lifestyle offered on property. As a result of our efforts, the property was leased-up on schedule.
